Every year during Book Week, we are excited to welcome the Scholastic Book Fair to our school. Students visit the Book Fair with their classes, giving them the opportunity to browse a wonderful selection of books, discover new stories and authors, and choose the books they might like to take home.
We then set aside a special day for parents and families to visit the Book Fair and purchase books. Its is a wonderful way to encourage a love of reading and help children find books that spark their imagination.
Our Book Fair also provides a wonderful benefit to our whole school community. For every book sold, our school receives a commission from Scholastic, which we use to purchase new books for our school library.
