Carols Night

On Wednesday 20 November we will once again be presenting our end of year Carols Night. Parishioners will be cooking the BBQ on the night and plans are that we serve food from 5.00pm to just before the start of the concert. Lisa B and Cathy N will also have a cake stall selling delicious cakes throughout the night. This will be a lovely night to celebrate the end of the year, all families are warmly invited to attend.

Students will meet their teachers in the classrooms at 5:30pm as we try a different process to previous years. Students will walk up to the UNITAS as a class to then assemble in the UNITAS at their seated area. Another new change is that food will not be allowed in the UNITAS during the night.  Families are asked to eat outside of the hall during Carols if you wish to eat then.

We will also have a visit from Gus and his Gotcha Gang during the night and students will be aiming to earn “Gotchas” for showing positive behaviour. At the end of the night, there will be a randomly selected “Gotcha” drawn from each year level, so the more positive choices made, the more chances there are!

As always, the playground and oval will be closed during this night for safety as these areas are not well lit or supervised.

Thank you for your support on this very exciting night.

As we will have lights turned down in the Unitas during the performance we will be selling battery operated candles.
